2014 Red Cambria Heathcote Shiraz

Outstanding colour displaying an inky black core with a very deep dark purple black hue. Nosing offers up aromas of very ripe blackberries, dark plums and liquorice followed by vanillin oak and spice. Rich and spicy the palate is filled with juicy blackberry, dark plum and liquorice flavours over toasty vanillin oak. Dry earthy, slightly bitter finish with astringent tannins imparting firmness. Aftertaste of succulent blackberries, liquorice, dark plums, bitter chocolate and spicy oak.
Cellar 4-5 years.
