2014 Possingham & Summers Malbec

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark purple hue. Youthful inky aromas of freshly crushed berries including dark ripe morello cherries and plum followed by some liquorice and light cinnamon spice. Full bodied the palate features rich ripe Morello cherry and dark plum flavours over some liquorice, inky earth like characters and spice. Fresh juicy mouth feel finishing dry. Solid but fine grained tannins. Long fruity aftertaste of ripe Morello cherries, liquorice, inky scorched earth and spice. A fresh juicy Malbec that offers great value.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
