2014 Penley Estate Gryphon Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot Cabernet Franc

Opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Elevated aromas of blackcurrant and spearmint are followed by hints of dark chocolate with underlying vanillin cedar and spice. Medium bodied, generous blackcurrant flavours layered with spearmint overlay a back drop of vanillin cedar and spice. Very fine grained elegantly textured tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, spearmint and spicy vanillin cedar.
