2014 Paxton Organic MV Shiraz

Certified bio dynamic this wine was matured predominately in American oak. Totally opaque black colour with a deep dark purple red hue. The nose reveals aromas of liquorice, black cherries and blackberries followed by some toasty oak and blackpepper. Medium to full bodied the palate is generously endowed with ripe black cherry and liquorice flavours over some toasty oak and blackpepper. Dry finish with slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of ripe black cherries, liquorice, blackberries, spicy toasty oak and blackpepper.
Cellar 4-5 years.
