2014 Patrick Piuze Terroir Decouverte Chablis

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of citrus and pear are followed by some chalky minerality and faint spice end notes. Fresh pear and citrus flavours run across the palate with underlying stony mineral characters. Clean dry finish with an aftertaste of pear, citrus and stony mineral.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
