The fruit for this wine was sourced from three of Paringa Estate’s leased Red Hill Vineyards and a number of other high quality grower vineyards across the Mornington Peninsula. Maturation took place over 11 months on lees in French oak barriques.

Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a bright ruby red hue. Pronounced aromas of ripe dark cherries, plums and strawberries jump out of the glass followed by traces of anise, toasty oak and spice. Rich, supplely textured and quite simply delicious, the palate is filled with ripe dark plum, dark cherry and strawberry flavours with underlying nuances of anise and spicy cedar. Velvet smooth tannins. Long aftertaste of dark plum, ripe dark cherries, strawberries, faint toast and spicy anise. A deliciously ripe fruit driven style of Pinot ideal for quaffing over the warmer months.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
Alc. 13.5%
