2014 Oberkircher Winzer Gewurztraminer Spatlese

Bright straw colour with golden edges and a pale straw hue. Ripe lychee and honeysuckle aromas are overlaid by a hint of toast with ginger and spice end notes. Viscous mouthfeel with luscious flavours of honeyed pear and lychee to the fore followed by some quince and a touch of ginger spice. Off dry finish with low acidity and an aftertaste of honeyed pears, lychee and spicy ginger.
