2014 O'Leary Walker Shiraz

Magnificent colour displaying an impenetrable inky black core with a deep dark crimson red black tinged hue. Pronounced aromatics of peppered liquorice and blackberry overlay toasty cedar, dried meats and spice. Full bodied and rich the palate is decorated with mouthfilling flavours of liquorice, blackberries and black cherries which are infused with smoky cedar, dried meats and blackpepper. The opulent pepper infused fruit ably supported by a robust tannin structure. Excellent length with a long peppered aftertaste of black cherries, liquorice, dried meats, smoky cedar and spice.
