Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Herbaceous grassy top notes are intermixed with some passionfruit and gooseberry followed by fresh asparagus, a hint of capsicum and faint spicy cedar end notes. Lean and dry the palate features vibrant flavours of herbaceous gooseberries, grassy characters and spicy asparagus with some citrus and pencil shaving like characters on the dry finish. Crisp acidity with an aftertaste of grassy herbaceous characters, fresh asparagus, citrus and spicy pencil shaving characters.
