2014 Momo Organic Sauvignon Blanc

Certified Organic. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of citrus and herbaceous gooseberry are followed by some grassiness and green apple. Light with a lean steely mouthfeel the palate features flavours of herbaceous gooseberry, grassy asparagus, citrus and mineral finishing very dry with lively acidity. Aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberry, grassy asparagus and mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
