2014 Mathilde Chapoutier Selection Bordeaux

Deep dark red black colour with a bright crimson red hue. Aromas of dark cherries and ripe mulberries are followed by some black olives, cedary tobacco characters, earth and spice. Light, dry and very elegant the palate features flavours of red cherries, mulberries, cedary tobacco characters, earth and spice. Dry finish with slightly chalky tannins. Moderate aftertaste of mulberries, earth, cedary tobacco characters and spice.
Cellar 5-6 years.
