Brilliant straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of spiced ripe pear are followed by some citrus, quince and faint cinnamon end notes. Full, round textural feel with flavours of pear, apple and cinnamon spice. Clean dry finish with sufficient acidity for short term drinking. Aftertaste of pear, quince and cinnamon spice.
