Other Reviews…
From vineyards across Great Southern, crushed/destemmed, cultured yeast, matured in French oak for 8 months. A strikingly complex bouquet of wood smoke, spice, charcuterie and polished leather; it it equally striking on the palate, adopting all the flavours promised by the bouquet. A left of centre wine, utterly unexpected, and great value. Drink by 2024.
