2014 Mad Bastard Wines Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a very distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Fresh lime and green apples are followed by some grapefruit and citrus. Light and refreshing the palate features flavours of freshly squeezed lime and green apple over citrus and steely mineral. Quite dry and austere with crisp acidity. Aftertaste of freshly squeezed lime, green apple and citrusy steely mineral.
