2014 Le Chiuse Rosso di Montalcino

Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a light crimson red hue. Delicate aromas of red cherries and raspberries laced with dried herb notes are followed by some earth and spicy cedar. Fruity ripe red cherry and raspberry flavours are to the fore with underlying earth and spicy cedar. Light feel across the palate with bright acidity, fine grained tannins and a dry finish. Aftertaste of ripe red cherries, raspberries, spicy fresh herb infusions and light earthy cedar.
