2014 Heirloom Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a light but distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of lime and green apple are intermixed with some passionfruit followed by light herbaceous characters and mineral. Light and lean the palate dishes out vibrant flavours of delicate passionfruit, green apple and lime with a touch of herbaceousness also present. Finishes dry and crisp with mineral infusions. Aftertaste of lime, green apple, light passionfruit and mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
