2014 Grosset Springvale Watervale Riesling

Certified Organic. Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose displays good intensity with lime and citrus aromas prevalent over some green apple, light talc and mineral. Fresh and crunchy the palate features lime and lemon flavours over a touch of green apple with a dry steely mineral finish. Crisp acidity. Long lime, lemon and steely mineral aftertaste. A great accompaniment to freshly shucked oysters if drinking now.
Otherwise cellar 6-8 years.
