2014 Dalrymple Pinot Noir

Matured for 8 Months in mainly older French oak barriques. Excellent depth with a bright dark red black tinged core and vibrant crimson purple hue. Freshly picked dark cherry and strawberry aromas intermixed with some stalky sour cherry characters are followed by cedar and spicy herbs. Light weight with an impressive power wave the palate has a savoury, elegantly textured flavour profile of ripe dark cherries, strawberries and shades of stalk over a spicy cedar and light dried meats background. Bright fresh finish with velvety, perfectly integrated tannins. Long ripe dark cherry, stalk, subtle meaty cedar and spice aftertaste.
