Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of gooseberries are intermixed with herbaceous asparagus like characters followed by some grassy citrus. Lively palate flavours of herbaceous gooseberries, citrus and grassy asparagus are followed by a trace of mineral. Clean crisp acidity with an aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberries, citrus and grassy asparagus.
