2014 Cornu Copia Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Fruit for this blend was sourced from Margaret River and the Great Southern region. Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges. Citrus and grassy top notes are followed by some herbaceousness and stony mineral. Light and zesty the palate has flavours of citrus intertwined with some grassy herbaceous characters which overlay stony mineral infusions on the dry crisp finish. Zesty citrus, herbaceous grassy character and flinty mineral aftertaste.
