2014 Cooter & Cooter Watervale Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Zesty lemon and lime aromas bounce out of the glass followed by some orange rind and light talc. The palate possesses a fresh crunchy mouthfeel with flavours of lemon, lime and green apple followed by a touch of talc with a steely mineral back palate. Dry finish with racy acidity and an aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
