Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. On the nose subtle pear and dried honey scents are melded together followed by hints of dried hay and minerally wet stone characters. Light and delicately flavoured with pear, dried honey, wet stone and spice the palate has a rounded pebble like mouthfeel. Clean dry finish with an aftertaste of pear, dried honey and stony mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green on the outskirts and a watery hue. Scents of fresh pear and apple are followed by a touch of dried honey and delicate spice. Light and dry, the palate possesses good mouthfeel with flavours of pears, apple and citrus prevalent over a hint of dried honey and spice. Clean dry finish with crisp acidity. Aftertaste of pear, apple, dried honey and spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
