2014 Castle Rock Estate Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Vibrant lemon and lime top notes are followed by some green apple with flinty mineral end notes. Zesty lemon and lime flavours are to the fore over some crunchy green apple with a mineral infused crisp dry finish. Steely acid structure with a long aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
Drink now or cellar 6-8 years.
