2014 Cape Jaffa Upwelling Cabernet Sauvignon

Superb inky black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Meaty blackcurrant and black olive aromas are followed by hints of mint, earth and spicy cedar. Big rich palate flavours of blackcurrant and liquorice overlay toasty cedar, faint mint and spicy earth. Dryish finish with a firmish tannin structure. Aftertaste of spicy ripe blackcurrant, liquorice, toasty cedar, earth and bay leaf.
