Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Pear and ripe apple aromas intermix with honeysuckle, hints of lychee and lime. The palate possesses good richness and a full rounded textural feel but finishes fresh. Flavours of pears, apples, subtle lime and honeysuckle. Clean dry finish with bright acidity. Aftertaste of ripe pears, apples, lime and faint honeysuckle.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
