2014 Bibbiano Chianti Classico Riserva

Very deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a brick red hue. Lifted ripe red to black currant aromas mix with dark cherries, old cedar, earth, some leather and spice. Medium bodied, red currant and red cherry fruit mingles with earthy leather, dried herb and spicy old cedar characters. Bright underlying acidity and rustic tannins lead into a dryish finish of medium length.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
