2014 Astrolabe Province Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Fresh and zesty the nose displays intense passionfruit and gooseberry aromas with overtones of citrus, fresh asparagus and capsicum. The palate features lively flavours of passionfruit, gooseberry and citrus followed by some grassy asparagus characters. Clean crisp acidity with a medium to long aftertaste of passionfruit, herbaceous gooseberry, citrus and asparagus.
