2013 Wilson Vineyard Polish Hill River Riesling

Brilliant greenish tinged water like colour with watery hue. On the nose intense lime notes are to the fore followed by some citrus, crunchy green apple and talcy mineral. Tighter than the Watervale, the palate boasts mouthfilling flavours of lime over citrus and green apple with a clean crisp flinty mineral infused finish. Excellent acid structure with long lime, citrus and mineral aftertaste.
Cellar 6-8 years (2019-2021).
