Brilliant water like colour with faint greenish tinge and watery hue. Lemon and lime top notes dominate the nose with some trailing green apple and mineral scents. The palate is reflective of the nose with crisp crunchy flavours of lemon, lime and green apple supported by a steely mineral acid spine. Aftertaste of lime, citrus and mineral.
