2013 Vina Cobos Felino Malbec

Impenetrable inky black core with a very deep dark purple black tinged hue. Pronounced aromas of black cherries intermixed with ripe blackberries and liquorice are followed by lightly smoked cedar and spicy earth. Medium to full bodied the palate features rich succulently textured flavours of ripe black cherries, blackberry liqueur and liquorice over some toasty oak and spice. Very fine grained well integrated tannins. Long aftertaste of ripe black cherries, blackberries, liquorice and spicy toasted oak.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.

Extremely dark fruit on then nose with blackberries and wet earth. Full body, with a solid core of fruit and a mineral, blue slate and blueberry aftertaste. Black pepper and spice finish. So much wonderful wine for the money. Drink now.
