Bright pale straw colour with an apricot tinge and watery hue. The nose offers up scents of ripe pear and apple followed by some honeycomb and musk. Luscious ripe pear, apple and musk flavours fill the mouth followed by some spicy honeycomb like characters on the back palate. Excellent textural mouthfeel finishing clean and dry. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe pear, musk and spicy honeycomb.
