2013 The Cups Estate Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a transparent dark red hue. Impressive aromatics of ripe dark cherries and strawberry jam intermixed with some anise emerge from the glass followed by smoky cedar and spice. Rich, sweetly fruited flavours of ripe dark cherries and strawberry jam flood the palate with some underlying anise, toasty cedar and spice. Round supple mouthfeel with velvety tannins. Excellent power wave with a long finish of ripe dark cherries, strawberry jam, faint anise and spicy cedar.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
