2013 Tapanappa Piccadilly Valley Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe white peaches and dried honey fill the nostrils with hints of apricot, cashew and spicy nougat. Medium weighted the palate has a good textural feel counterpointed by some freshness on the finish. It features flavours of ripe peaches and apricots interlaced with dried honey characters followed by lemon butter and spicy cashew. Clean dry finish with bright, fresh acidity. Long aftertaste of peach, apricot, lemon butter, subtle dried honey and spicy cashew.
