2013 Summerfield Cabernet Sauvignon

Magnificent colour saturation displaying an inky black dark purple core with a very deep dark purple black hue. Lifted ripe blackcurrant and liquorice aromas infused with spearmint are followed by vanillin cedar and spice. Boldly flavoured this rich full bodied Cabernet possesses ripe blackcurrant and liquorice characters with a mint overlay and an underlying touch of earth and spicy cedar. The firmish tannin structure is largely concealed by the richness of fruit. Slightly chewy on the finish with a long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, liquorice, spearmint infusions, vanillin cedar and faint spicy earth.
