2013 Spy Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and watery hue. The nose exhibits an intense aromatic profile of passionfruit, ripe gooseberries and some herbaceous grassiness, citrus and lime. Zesty flavours of herbaceous gooseberry, green apple, citrus and mineral with a crisp crunchy finish. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe gooseberry, some grassiness, citrus and mineral.
