2013 Springview Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark crimson red colour with a dark crimson red hue. Aromas of blackcurrants are intermixed with subtle black olive and dark chocolate overtones followed by some light bay leaf end notes. Medium bodied the palate has flavours of blackcurrant alongside some dark chocolate and a touch of black olive over a background of cedary tobacco like characters and spice. Slightly dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrants, dark chocolate, cedary tobacco characters and spice.
Cellar 5-6 years.
