Opaque black crimson colour with a bright dark crimson red hue. Nosing reveals plum, blackberry and liquorice top notes over some toasty vanillin oak and spice. Medium bodied plummy liquoricy flavours fill the mouth over a vanillin oak and spice backdrop. Supple elegant mouthfeel with fine grained, slightly dryish tannins. Aftertaste of plum, liquorice and spicy vanillin oak.
