2013 Sailing Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted passionfruit top notes dominate the nose followed by some gooseberries and light capsicum end notes. The palate is not as ripe as the nose suggests displaying flavours of herbaceous gooseberries, citrus and capsicum. Clean crisp dry finish with an aftertaste of herbaceous grassy gooseberries, citrus and capsicum.
