Totally opaque inky black colour with a deep dark red black hue. Pronounced aromas of aniseed, ripe black cherries and blackberries overlay toasty vanillin oak with spice end notes. Big, rich and flamboyant the palate has a Mollydooker liqueur like texture to it featuring mouthfilling flavours of aniseed, ripe black cherries and luscious blackberries over toasty vanillin oak and spice. Opulent plush mouthfeel with velvety tannins. Faint hint of heat on the finish. Excellent power with a long conclusion of aniseed, black cherries, blackberries, toasty vanillin oak and spice.
