2013 Redbank Sunday Morning Pinot Gris

Brilliant very pale straw colour, almost water like with a light greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose displays pear and citrus scents intermixed with some quince and light spice. Light across the palate with flavours of pear, apple, citrus and spice finishing dry with crisp acidity. Aftertaste of pear, apple, citrus and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
