2013 Pipers Brook Vineyard Pinot Gris

Brilliant water like colour with pale straw edges and watery hue. Aromas of ripe pear are followed by some subtle musk, ripe apple and spice. Light and dry leaning more towards Pinot Grigio than Pinot Gris in style the palate has flavours of pear and apple with some light musk infusions finishing with some spice on the back palate. Clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of pear, apple and light spicy musk. A very elegant dry style of Pinot Gris.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
