2013 Pewsey Vale The Contours Riesling

Brilliant water like green tinged colour. Pronounced lemon and lime scents are followed by steely kerosene like characters, light spicy toast and mineral notes. The palate is distinguished by its intense lemon and lime flavours which are infused with wet steel. Oily toast back drop and a mineral laden finish. A distinct yet fine line of racy acidity provides superb structure. Excellent length with a long steely aftertaste of lemon and lime, oily toast like characters, kerosene and minerals.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
