2013 Penbro Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of subtle blackcurrant and black olive followed by some cedary tobacco characters and spice. Medium weight and relatively tightly wound the palate has an elegant flavour profile of blackcurrant infused with black olives over some cedary tobacco characters and spicy dried herbs. Quite dry on the finish with slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of black olives, subtle blackcurrant, cedary tobacco characters and spicy dried herbs.
Cellar 5-6 years.
