Brilliant water like colour with distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Lemon and lime aromas fill the nostrils followed by some orange rind and talcy mineral. Steely palate construction with flavours of lemon and lime are underpinned by steely flinty mineral. Dry finish with fresh crunchy acidity. Aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
