2013 Patrick Piuze Terroir de Fye Chablis

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose displays delicate aromas of pear, light green apple and citrus followed by some flinty mineral end notes. Flavours of fresh pear and citrus move lightly across the palate followed by some wet stone and mineral. Clean dry finish with an aftertaste of fresh pear, light citrus and stony mineral.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
