Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose displays citrus top notes intermixed with a hint of green apple followed by some wet stone characters, light toast and mineral. Light weight the palate has fresh citrus flavours with a touch of lime and green apple also present over a stony mineral background. Dry finish with good vibrant acidity. Aftertaste of citrus, delicate lime and stony mineral.

Other Reviews….
The 2013 Chablis Terroir de Chichée is wonderfully racy and layered in the glass. Lemon, white flowers and sage meld together in a soft, supple Chablis with tons of near-term appeal. A standout among the village-level wines, the Terroir de Chichée impresses for its stoniness and overall purity. Drink 2014+
