2013 Pachamama Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge and watery hue. The nose displays good intensity with top notes of lime and lemon followed by orange rind and mineral. Quite steely in nature the palate possesses flavours of lemon and lime with a steely mineral infused background. Clean crisp acidity with a dry finish. Medium to long aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
Cellar 5-6 years (2018-2019).
