2013 Opawa Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with bright crimson red hue. Aromas of ripe dark cherries intermingle with hints of violet followed by some dried meats and subtlety toasted spicy cedar. Light in body the palate has a savoury flavour profile of dark cherries, dried meats, toasty cedar and spice. Dryish finish with fine grained tannins and aftertaste of dark cherries, dried meats and spicy cedar.
Cellar 4-5 years.
