2013 Olivia Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured for 2 years in French oak. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Elevated aromas of ripe blackcurrant, liquorice and choc mint rise from the glass over vanillin oak and spice. Full bodied, the richly textured palate is filled with ripe blackcurrant and choc mint flavours over a backdrop of vanillin oak and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Long aftertaste of luscious blackcurrant, choc mint, vanillin oak and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years.
