2013 Nautilus Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale straw colour with the faintest tinge of green around the edges and watery hue. The nose is a touch subdued with aromas of pear and ripe apples followed by a hint of musk and citrus. The palate features vibrant fresh fruit flavours of ripe pear and apple followed by some musk and spice nicely balanced against a pure, moderately creamy textural mouthfeel. Clean medium dry finish with long ripe pear, musk and spice aftertaste.
Cellar 2-3 years (2016-2017).
